Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using axissystemsco.com, completing the Revenue Gap Audit, booking a consultation, or engaging any services provided by Axis Systems Co., you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

Services

Axis Systems Co. offers the following service tiers:

• The Foundation ($497–$797) — Templates and training for service-based businesses
• The Build ($1,500–$3,000) — Done-for-you system implementation
• The Retainer ($500–$1,500/month) — Ongoing system management
• Additional add-on services as outlined in client agreements

Payment Terms

• A 50% deposit is required before any project work begins
• Remaining balance is due upon project completion or as outlined in your client agreement
• Monthly retainer fees are due on the first of each month
• All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing
• Platform and third-party tool costs are the client's sole responsibility

Client Responsibilities

• Provide timely access to required platforms, tools, and accounts
• Complete intake forms and provide requested information promptly
• Respond to communications within 3 business days
• Maintain and fund their own third-party tool subscriptions

Intellectual Property

All frameworks, templates, systems, and methodologies developed by Axis Systems Co. remain the intellectual property of Regalia Enterprise LLC. Upon full payment, clients receive a license to use deliverables created specifically for their business. Clients may not resell or redistribute Axis Systems Co. proprietary frameworks without written consent.

Limitation of Liability

Axis Systems Co. does not guarantee specific revenue outcomes, lead generation results, or business growth. Results vary based on individual business conditions and client implementation. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.

Termination

Either party may terminate a service agreement with 14 days written notice. Upon termination, all outstanding balances become immediately due. Deposits are non-refundable. Axis Systems Co. reserves the right to terminate services for non-payment or breach of these terms.

SMS & Communications Consent

By providing your phone number through any form on our website, audit, or booking system, you consent to receive SMS and email communications from Axis Systems Co. related to your inquiry, appointment, and service delivery. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any SMS to opt out at any time.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes shall be resolved in San Bernardino County, California.

Changes to These Terms

Axis Systems Co. reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our website or services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
